■Damage to any CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-R (Dual Layer), DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+R (Double Layer), DVD+RW or DVD-RAM disc that may be caused by writing or rewriting with this product.

■Any change or loss of the recorded contents of CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD-R (Dual Layer), DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+R (Double Layer), DVD+RW or DVD-RAM media that may be caused by writing or rewriting with this product, or for any business profit loss or business interruption that may be caused by the change or loss of the recorded contents.

■Damage that may be caused by using third party equipment or software.

Given the technological limitations of current optical disc writing drives, you may experience unexpected writing or rewriting errors due to disc quality or problems with hardware devices. In view of this, it is good practice to make two or more copies of important data, in case of any undesired change or loss of the recorded contents.

TOSHIBA Disc Creator

Please be aware of the following limitations when you use the TOSHIBA Disc Creator:

■DVD Video cannot be created using TOSHIBA Disc Creator.■DVD Audio cannot be created using TOSHIBA Disc Creator.

■You cannot use TOSHIBA Disc Creator’s “Audio CD for Car or Home CD Player” function to record music to DVD-R, DVD-R (Dual Layer), DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+R (Double Layer) or DVD+RW media.

■Do not use the “Disc Backup” function of TOSHIBA Disc Creator in order to copy DVD Video or DVD-ROM material that has copyright protection.

■DVD-RAM discs cannot be backed up using the “Disc Backup” function of TOSHIBA Disc Creator.

■You cannot back up CD-ROM, CD-R or CD-RW media to DVD-R, DVD-R (Dual Layer) or DVD-RW media using the “Disc Backup” function of TOSHIBA Disc Creator.

■You cannot back up CD-ROM, CD-R or CD-RW media to DVD+R, DVD+R (Double Layer) or DVD+RW media using the “Disc Backup” function of TOSHIBA Disc Creator.

■You cannot back up DVD-ROM, DVD Video, DVD-R, DVD-R (Dual Layer), DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+R (Double Layer) or DVD+RW to CD-R or CD-RW media using the “Disc Backup” function of TOSHIBA Disc Creator.

■TOSHIBA Disc Creator cannot record in packet format.
