A File that was just deleted still appears

Re-delete the file and refer to the “Safely Remove Your T.sonic 520” section to remove the T.sonic 520 after the delete process is completed.

T.sonic 520 cannot operate after it was formatted in Windows

Formatting T.sonic 520 using the “Quick Format” or “Full Format” option in Windows destroys the default format of the T.sonic 520. To retrieve the default format, you must link to http://www.transcendusa.com/ and download the firmware updates for the T.sonic 520.

The T.sonic™ 520 Utility cannot be executed

You must log in to the Windows OS with Administrator rights to execute the Utility.
