Multihandset Features
To use the features in this sectio n, you need at least 2 han dsets.
Your base supports a total of 12 cordles s handsets: the one t hat came with t he
base and up to 11 accessory handse ts. Your base also suppor ts a total of 2 DRX100
range extenders, includi ng any that came wit h your phone.
You must register accessory hand sets to the base before u sing them. (Hands ets
that came packaged with t he base are alre ady registered.)
Handsets that aren’t registe red display a Not Regis tered message. For reg istration
instructions, see p. 24, or s ee the accessor y handset manua l.
If a handset was ever registe red to a base, you must rese t it before it can registe r to
a new base; see p. 23, or see the access ory handset ma nual.

Conference Calling

When an outside call comes in on t he land line, four h andsets can joi n in a
conference call with th e outside caller.
To join a call that’s already in prog ress, just press

To leave the conference call, hang up nor mally; the oth er handsets remai n
connected to the call.

Call Transfer
