Dial the number you want to cal l, then press

on the handset. You may not
hear a dial tone or ringing , but the handset di splay says Talk.
Make sure the call conne cts and you can hea r clearly. (When you’re finis hed,
press
eNd
to hang up.)
The D3280 remembers the pairi ng information for your c ellular; if it lo ses
connection with your phone for any re ason (e.g., the cell phone t ravels out of
range, runs out of charge, etc .), the D3280 can automatic ally reconnect t he
next time your phone becomes avai lable.

Using the D3280 with four Bluetooth phones

The D3280 can save the pairi ng information for four d ifferent Bluetoot h phones,
but it can only use one cellular l ine at any given ti me. For example, if you pa ir the
D3280 to four Bluetooth phones, when you pres s

on the handset, the D3280
asks which phone you want to connect t o.
If you are using the D3280 to tal k on one Bluetooth phone, the D328 0 will not
ring if a call comes in on ano ther phone.
You can set a different ring tone for each pa ired cell phone (see page 8).
To pair another Bluetooth phone, just re peat the pairi ng procedure with t he new
phone. (If the paired phones inter fere when you’re pairing the n ew one, just turn
off Bluetooth on any paired phones u ntil you fini sh pairing the t he new one.)
