Intercom

Whenever the phone is in standby, you can m ake an intercom ca ll between
handsets without using t he phone line.
You can make an intercom call fro m any handset, but onl y two handsets ca n be
in an intercom call at any ti me.
If an outside call comes in du ring an intercom page , the phone cancels t he page
so you can answer the incomin g call.
If an outside call comes in du ring an intercom ca ll, press
Home/FlasH
or
cell
,
depending on which line is ri nging, to hang up t he intercom call a nd answer the
outside call.

Chain Dialing
If you often have to enter a series of dig its or a code number duri ng a call, you can
save that code number to a phonebook entr y and use the phonebo ok to send the
code number.
Enter the code number (up to 20 digits) into t he phonebook just like a r egular
phonebook entry. Be sure to enter the cod e number into the phonebo ok exactly
as you would enter it during a call .
When you hear the prompt that tells you t o enter the number, open the
phonebook and find the entr y that contains your c ode number.
Press
menu/select
twice to send the code. If you cha nge your mind, just c lose the
phonebook.
Voice Message Notication
If you subscribe to a voice mail ser vice, your phone ca n notify you when you have
a new message. This feature sup ports Frequency-Sh ift Keying (FSK) n otification.
Contact your voice mail provide r for information.
When you have new messages, the dis play shows a message icon. To acces s your
voice mail, press
message/mute
and select
Voice Mail
