Low battery

When the low-battery warning appears, do the following:

1.Immediately save your current data.

2.Synchronize with your PC.

3.Turn off your device.

To check the battery power

Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Power; or,

Tap the Battery icon ( ) on the Today screen.

Turn the device on and off

To turn on the device, press the POWER button. When you turn on the device for the first time, you are asked to complete a calibration process. For more information, see “Calibrate the device” in this chapter.

To turn off the device, press POWER again.

Note

Pressing POWER turns off your device temporarily and switches the device to sleep

 

mode. However, you can still receive messages and calls while your device is in sleep

 

mode.
