Install Paper Roll
3If there is a partial roll of paper in the printer tray, remove it by lifting it up (see Figure 6).

4Loosen the glued leading edge of the paper, or remove the protective strip from the new roll of paper and cut a straight edge across its leading end.
5Hold the roll so the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll.
6Drop the paper roll into the printer tray, leaving 7 centimeters (about two inches) of paper sticking up past the serrated metal tear strip (see Figure 7).
