￿Select {DDNS} in {Menu} Æ {Setup} Æ {Network}.

￿Save after entering the DDNS Enable as ‘cctvuser On’ as Figure 5-47. MAC address is automatically saved as DDNS address as Figure 5-48.

￿You can see the sign ‘ Wait please…Loading as Figure 5-49.

￿After that, it is working fine if every network setup is correct.

￿If you are not familiar with MAC Address as a DDNS, you can change it whatever you like. If it is not duplicated one, you can see the successful sign as Figure 5-50.

￿Finally, you can check the status of DDNS thru DVR info. As Figure 5-51.

‘DynDNS On’ is for users who has ID of www.dyndns.com

The default IP address of the DDNS server is 211.117.45.25.

6-6-3. Port

This feature is used to set up the user for the network port.

The default value is between 2000 and 2007; a randomly chosen value can be used depending on the network environment, e.g., firewall. The Web Server Port is used to connect the DVR monitor. The default value is 80 (a random number may also be used, however).
