Detect all movements of images in each channel. Record only for the time set at {Recording} Æ {Event} Æ {Post-Event}

￿Select the channel to be set up at {Recording} Æ {Event} Æ {Motion Detection} using the arrow keys and the Select button.

￿Select {All} on the selection window.

B. Partial

Detect movements of images on a certain designated area in each channel. Record only for the time set at {Recording} Æ {Event} Æ {Post-Event}.

￿Select the channel to be set up at {Recording} Æ {Event} Æ {Motion Detection} using the arrow keys and the Select button.

￿Select {Partial} on the selection window. The selected channel turns into the 1 channel mode.

￿A green-small rectangle shows at every sells of the image.

￿ Move the blue-rectangle to the desired area for Motion Detection and press the Select button.

Using the arrow keys, designate the motion detection area and the green-rectangle will disappear. Press the Select button. .

￿ Exit Motion Setup by ESC in the front panel or the right-mouse button.

Method of Selecting the Zone

The [Select] button is operated by Toggling.

In the above description, the Select button means the button in the front panel and the same function as double-click of the mouse.

C.Off

Motion detection in the video is disabled..

D.Select the motion detection sensitivity.

￿In the selection window, select the sensitivity using the arrow keys and the Menu button. The sensitivity can be set among {Lowest} / {Low} / {Middle} / {High} / {Highest}.

Method of Setting the Sensitivity

Current sensitivity levels -- Lowest/Low/Middle/High/Highest -- indicate the proportion of pixels within a block for which motion was detected. Therefore, the higher the selected level is, the faster the motion that can be detected.
