DÉCONGÉLATION MANUELLE

Si les aliments que vous voulez dŽcongeler ne sont pas listŽs dans les tableaux de dŽcongŽlation, ou sont au-dessus ou en-dessous des limites de leur colonne de quantitŽ, vous devrez dŽcongeler manuellement.

Vous pouvez dŽcongeler nÕimporte quel aliment congelŽ, cru ou prŽcuit, en utilisant la puissance au niveau 3. Suivre exactement la procŽdure en 3 Žtapes donnŽe avec le Temps de cuisson en page 18. Estimer le temps de dŽcongŽlation et appuyer sur 3 pour la sŽlection du niveau de puissance.

Pour les aliments crus ou cuits, compter en moyenne 5 minutes par livre. Par exemple, choisir 5 minutes pour dŽcongeler une livre de sauce ˆ spaghetti.

Arr•ter le four pŽriodiquement pour retirer ou sŽparer les portions dŽjˆ dŽcongelŽes. Si les aliments ne sont pas enti•rement dŽcongelŽs ˆ lÕexpiration du temps prŽcisŽ, utiliser le niveau de puissance 3 pendant des pŽriodes de une minute pour obtenir la dŽcongŽlation compl•te.

Si les aliments congelŽs sont dans un rŽcipient en mati•re plastique, ne les dŽcongeler que pendant le temps nŽcessaire pour les retirer du rŽcipient, puis les dŽposer dans un plat convenant aux micro-ondes.

DEFROST (DÉCONGÉLATION)

Le mode Ç Defrost È dŽcong•le automatiquement les aliments montrŽs dans le tableau de dŽcongŽlation.

¥Supposition : dŽcongeler une tranche de viande de 2 livres (900 g).

1. Toucher une fois la commande Defrost.

2.SŽlectionner le type dÕaliment voulu en actionnant la m•me commande Defrost jusquÕˆ ce que son nom apparaisse. Ici appuyer 2 fois pour arriver ˆ ÒsteakÓ.

3.Entrer le poids en composant 20 sur les touches numŽriques.

4.Toucher la commande Start/Touch On.

Le four va sÕarr•ter et des instructions seront affichŽes. Suivre le message indiquŽ.

5.Apr•s la premi•re Žtape, ouvrir la porte. Retourner la tranche et protŽger toutes les parties chaudes. Refermer la porte. Toucher la commande Start/ Touch On.

6.Apr•s la seconde Žtape, ouvrir la porte. ProtŽger toutes les parties chaudes. Refermer la porte. Toucher la commande Start/Touch On.

7.Apr•s la fin du cycle de dŽcongŽlation, couvrir et laisser reposer comme indiquŽ sur le tableau qui suit.
