Clearances:

ŠMinimum clearance from combustible construction:

The fryer may be installed on combustible floors.

ŠBetween the fryer and any open-top flame units: 16” (41 cm)

ŠAllow space for servicing and operation.

Location:

ŠInstall fryer in an area with sufficient air supply for gas combustion at fryer burners.

ŠDo not obstruct the flow of combustion and ventilation air.

ŠProvide adequate clearance for air openings into the combustion chamber.

ŠDo not permit fans to blow directly onto fryer.

ŠAvoid wall-type fans, which create cross-currents within a room. Avoid open windows next to sides or back.
