LIMITED WARRANTY

ICON Health & Fitness, Inc. (ICON), warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and

material,under normal useand service conditions.ICON warrantsthe resistance crossbowsforthe life-

time ofthe product, the seats andvinyl for a pedod of five (5) years from the date of purchase,and all

otherparts for five (5) years. This warrantyextends only to the odginalpurchaser. ICON's obligationunder

thiswarranty is limitedto replacing or repairing, at ICON's option, the productthrough one ofits author-

izedservice centers.All repairs for whichwarranty claimsare made mustbe pre-authodzed byICON. This

warrantydoes not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attdbutableto freight dam-

age, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage or repairs not providedby an ICON authodzedservice

center;products used for commemial or rental purposes;or products used as store displaymodels. No

otherwarranty beyond that specificallyset forth above is authorizedby ICON.

ICON is notresponsible or liable for indirect, specialor consequentialdamages arising out of or in con-

nectionwith the use or performanceof the productor damages with respectto any economic loss,loss

of property,lossof revenues or profits,loss of enjoymentor use,costs of removalor installationor other

consequentialdamagesof whatsoever nature. Some states do not allow the exclusionor limitationof inci-

dentalor consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitationmay not applyto you.
