Using optional modules
Optional modules will work on either side of the cooktop.
The proper control to use for the griddle module in different in- stallations is as shown.
Using the griddle
NOTE: Make sure the grill con- trols are OFF and the grill is cool before installing griddle.

Before using the griddle for the first time:
1.Wash, rinse and dry griddle. l Use warm sudsy water.
l DO NOT use metal scouring
pads or abrasive cleaners.
They will damage the non- stick coating on the griddle.
2.Lightly wipe with cooking oil to season. You don’t have to grease the griddle every time you use it. l DO NOT use shortening or butter.
3.Preheat on HI, then switch to de- sired setting.
4.Add food. Use only nylon or
plastic utensils. Metal can scratch the
