Recipe for Cycle 3

FRENCH

French Bread

Makes one 2.5 lb Loaf

INGREDIENTS

1 cup + 1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon kosher salt

3 cups unbleached bread flour

2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

METHOD FOR BREAD

1Following the order listed, place ingredients in bread pan. Insert bread pan into breadmaker; close lid.

2Press MENU and select FRENCH.

3Press SIZE and select LARGE.

4Press COLOR and select DARK.

5Total machine time is 3 hours and 50 minutes.
