Tractor Preparation

■Only use 1023000 4-Point Sub-Frame Mount-

ing Kit for mounting Woods BH90-X backhoe on	Cylinder Bracket
Kubota® M8540 and M9540 2WD and FWA cab
tractors with either Woods LU132, 1020, 1027
loaders or Kubota LA1153 loader. Do not mount
backhoe to tractors not equipped with front end
loader. Any other use or modification of this
mounting kit may result in serious injury or death.
For installing this sub-frame, references to right, left,
forward and rearward directions are determined from
the operator’s position in the tractor seat.
Leave all hardware loose until sub-frame has been			DP1
completely installed or otherwise specified in the
instructions.
Do not install 1023000 4-point sub-frame on a tractor
		Anti-Sway Bracket
without a Woods or Kubota loader attached.
Place jackstands under rear axle and remove both

rear tires.

Remove 3-point arms and anti-sway bars from the tractor. Store for later use when backhoe is removed.

Remove anti-sway link bracket from right and left sides of tractor axle. See Figure 1.

Remove 3-point cylinder brackets from right and left sides of tractor. Save hardware for reuse.
