Preparation

Avoid wearing loose-fitting clothing. Never operate this machine wearing loose clothing particularly if it has drawstrings which can wrap around or get caught in the machine.

Operate the machine only on a level surface.

Do not operate the machine on a paved, concrete, or hard gravel surface. Operating on a hard surface causes discharged material to rebound and kickback. It will also cause increased machine vibration. Increased vibration causes the machine to move and will promote premature wear of parts or loosening of fasteners.
