(% Cut your wood pieces to the size specified above. If you are using hardwood, cut the pieces oversize, then joint and plane them to the correct size to make sure they are square and flat.

)% Pre-drill and countersink 4 holes approximately 38" from the bottom of the 6" tall board. These will be use as pilot holes when attaching the board to another piece in the next step.

*% Glue the end of the 3" board, then clamp the boards at a 90° angle with the larger board in the vertical position, as shown in =`^li\--, fasten together with the wood screws.
