Using Songs
This instrument has 30 built in songs that you can simply listen to and enjoy, or use with a range of other features. Use the songs with the les- son features described on page 32 and you have an advanced learning tool that will let you learn playing techniques. The internal songs aren’t the only ones you can use, however. Songs you have downloaded from the Internet can also be used with many of the instrument’s features.
The term “SONG” refers to a data file including both melody and

1 Press the [SONG] button.
The song number and name will be displayed. You can now use the dial to select a different song.

2 Select a song.
Select a song after referring to the preset song category list on page 31. Rotate the dial to select the song you want to listen to.

3 Listen to the song.
Press the [START/STOP] button to begin playback of the selected song.
You can stop playback at any time by pressing the [START/STOP] button again.
