Nota 1: Cambiar el aceite después de las primeras 2 horas y después cada 50 horas de operación, o más frecuentemente si funciona en condiciones extremadamente polvorientas o sucias.

RECOMENDACIONES GENERALES

La garantía del generador no cubre piezas que han sido sometidas a maltrato o negligencia del operador. Para beneficiarse totalmente de la garantía, el operador debe darle mantenimiento al generador siguiendo las instrucciones de este manual.

MANTENIMIENTO DEL MOTOR

Referirse al manual del operador del motor para el servicio y el mantenimiento del motor.

MANTENIMIENTO DEL GENERADOR

El generador debe mantenerse limpio y seco en todo momento, y no debe almacenarse ni operarse en ambientes que tengan demasiada humedad, polvo o vapores corrosivos. Si estas substancias cayeran sobre el generador, limpiarlas con un paño o cepillo de cerdas blandas. No usar una manguera de jardín ni agua presurizada para limpiar el generador. El agua puede entrar por las ranuras de aire para el enfriamiento y posiblemente dañe el rotor, el estator y el bobinado del cabezal del generador.
