*2: Your dealer can install the KPDL (Kyocera’s version of Adobe’s PostScript command language) upgrade kit in your printer. The printer needs at least 3 (2) MB of memory in order for the KPDL option to work properly.

*3: The printer can be set to print error data during KPDL emula- tion. If this is set to On, error data will be printed if trouble oc- curs dur ng printing. This s set to Offbefore leaving the factory.

*4: The >Sizemenu is not available for the Courier and Letter- Gothic fonts. Use the >Pitchmenu to scale these fixed fonts.
