Removing the LCD Module

Removing the LCD Module

To remove LCD Module remove the keyboard (see Removing the keyboard), remove the CPU (see Removing the CPU) , then perform the following steps:

1.Remove the wireless LAN antenna coil from the wires and disconnect the Lid Switch Connection as shown in Fig. 22

2. Release screws on the bottom and rear of the base unit as shown in Fig. 23

3. Release the plastic hinge covers (left and right) from the base unit as shown in Fig. 24
