Removing the speakers

To remove the speaker, first open the Top Cover (see Removing the Top Cover), remove the FDD (see Removing the FDD) and remove Audio Board (see Removing the Audio Board) then perform the following steps:

1. Remove the screws holding the audio board holder as shown in Fig. 47

2. Carefully remove the speaker assembly from bottom base and put it aside.
