ARTICLE 8: GENERAL

8.1Customer acknowledges its understanding that all software and electronic devices, including Barco nv, MID products are subject to possible error, mechanical or electrical failure, and should not be relied upon in inappropriate applications or without proper backup and/or other safety precautions whenever personal injury or property damage may result from failure or error of the product.

8.2Barco nv, MID shall not be responsible for machine failure and/or its failure to render service or maintenance due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

Open source license information

This product contains software components released under an Open Source license. A copy of the source code is available on request by contacting your MID customer support representative at image.careGLOB@barco.com.

The licenses are only provided in English because translations do not legally state the distribution terms for software that uses these licenses - only the original English text does that. However, translations in your local language are available at www.gnu.org.
