Dieses Gerät ist berechtigt in Übereinstimmung mit Dem deutschen EMVG vom 9.Nov.92 das EG–Konformitätszeichen zu führen.

Der Aussteller der Konformitätserklärung ist die IBM Germany.

Dieses Gerät erfüllt die Bedingungen der EN 55022 Klasse A. Für diese von Geräten gilt folgende Bestimmung nach dem EMVG:

The

IBM

ARTIC960

4-Port

T1

RJ-48

Cable,

which

uses USOC

jack RJ-48, is

an

FCC-compliant cable and modular jack available

for

the

adapter. The

adapter

and

cable are designed to be connected

to

the

telephone

network

or

premises

wiring

using

a

compatible

modular

plug

that

is

Part 68-compliant.

If the IBM ARTIC960RxD Quad DTA causes harm

to

the telephone network, the

telephone company may discontinue your service

temporarily. If

possible,

they

will

notify you in advance. But

if

advance

notice

is

not

practical,

you will be notified as

soon

as

possible. You

will

be advised

of

your

right

to

file

a

complaint

with

the FCC.
