2.8Drive Enclosure Device Addressing

Each enclosure has 16 drive bays. The SEL_ID of each drive is determined by the device slot (0-15) in which it is installed and the address range setting, which is set by means of the Enclosure ID switch on the Ops Panel (shown in Figure 1–2 on page 2) at the rear of the enclosure. The switch settings are shown in Table 2–2
