5.2 Carrier Connector

Electrical connections for CxB models are provided by a single 128 pin connector mounted on the rear of the drive (see Figure 15 on page 58 for location). Connections are provided for two SSA ports, fault sensors and indicators, and power. The receptacle used is a 4× 32, female contact, B E R G H P C connector, IBM part number 99F9429. Refer to Figure 20 and Table 12 on page 65 for contact assignments.
