Perform the following steps to update from the QLFILTER driver to the QLDIRECT driver:

1.Manually delete the Qlfilter.sys file from the following directory. For example: del C:\Winnt\System32\Drivers\Qlfilter.sys

2.Manually remove the QLFILTER key from the following registry location:

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet \Services

3.Insert the disk that contains the QLDIRECT driver in an appropriate drive.

4.Execute the Setup.exe installation program on the disk and follow the instructions on the screen.

5.Remove the disk that contains the QLDIRECT driver.

6.Restart your system to load the driver.
