Description:	Sets the time a carrier signal must be lost before the
	modem disconnects.

Range:	1-255, 80-255*
Default:	70, 80*
Description:	Sets the time duration of spacing between tone in tone-
	dialing.

Default:	37 (% sign)
Description:	Defines the remote configuration escape character.

Description:	S16 defines the number of attempts allowed after initial
	passwords have been exchanged between modems.

Range:	0-2.5 sec

Description:	S17 defines the break time (space) to local PC.

Description:	Defines DSR/CTS/CD dropout time. The default of 20
	equals one second.
