Settings Window

Note:

This feature is temporarily unavailable if you have powered off the USB modem (page 45).

From the Settings window, you can specify the settings for Sprint Connection Manager.

1.In Sprint Connection Manager, click Menu.

2.Select Settings.

3.From the drop-down list, select one of the following categories of settings:

■General (general behavior of Sprint Connection Manager; page 66)

■Sprint Mobile Broadband - Sierra Wireless (behavior of your Sprint Power Vision or Sprint Vision connection; page 68)

■Sprint Location Services (page 71)

4.Make the appropriate changes to the settings (described in the following pages).

5.To change other settings, repeat steps 3 and 4.

6.Click OK.

Note:

Changes to the setting Launch when Windows starts apply only after you restart Windows. Changes to the setting Start in system tray apply only after you exit and restart Sprint Connection Manager.

Tip:

You can also access the Settings window from the Connection History window (page 75): click File > Settings.
