ACI timeout

The timeout for some commands was set too short. This is corrected now.

Improved error handling

Extend the error mapping between DAS and AMU.

Add following AMU errors:

•AMU_INF_DUAL_DUMMY_1333

•AMU_ERR_DRV_HWFAULT

Improved logging of scratch

•The ‘scratch get‘ lists the found volser in the log.

•All scratch commands are listed separately in case of the ‘received message‘ and the ‘end message‘.
