Setup: Troubleshooting

If your Diva 2430 is connected to a LAN, make sure it is the only device with the IP address 192.168.1.1. To verify, ping the address 192.168.1.1. If you get a reply, disconnect the Diva 2430 from your LAN and ping 192.168.1.1 again. If you still get a reply, you have two devices on the same LAN with the same IP address. In this case you will have to change the IP address of the other device, remove the other device from the LAN, or temporarily connect the Diva 2430 directly to a computer (outside of the LAN).

The power light is blinking red.

Press the Reset button on the device to resolve the problem.

If the power light continues to blink, hold down the Reset button for 15 seconds to reset the device to factory defaults.

If the light continues to blink red, contact your service representative.
