o*FAIL*. This indicated that a System Failure has been detected. Possible failures include:

Front or rear fan trays have a failed fan

Power supply failed

One or both batteries have failed

System overheated

One or both disks have failed

In the case of either System Warnings or Failures, the front panel display will alternate between displaying status information and Warning/Failure messages every 10 seconds.
