Entering and Exiting Menu Mode

To enter or exit the Menu Mode, hold SHIFT while pressing

SEL.

Resetting the Menu to the Factory Defaults

Note: Please print the current Menu Mode settings before you reset or change them. This is the only way to have a record of the settings.

To reset the Menu to the standard settings (factory defaults):

1Turn the printer off.

2Press SEL + LF while turning the printer on.

1Make sure paper is loaded in the printer.

2Press and hold SHIFT, then press SEL to enter the Menu Mode.

3Press PRINT (PARK key).

Printing All Menu Settings

To print out a listing of the settings for all menu items, regardless of the emulation selected or the accessories installed:

1Make sure paper is loaded in the printer.

2Press and hold SHIFT, then press SEL to enter the Menu Mode.

3Press and hold SHIFT, then press PRINT QUALITY.
