Single-Sheet Paper Jams

1Turn off the printer.

2Use the platen knob to back the paper out.

3Open the access cover (1) and remove the pull-up roller assembly (2).

4Remove any torn pieces from around the carriage.

5Reinstall the pull-up roller assembly and close the access cover.
