| Reinstalling the Adobe PostScript Printer Driver on |

| If you are reinstalling the Adobe PostScript Printer Driver, delete any previous versions |
| and related files before installing. Search for and delete all files named Efme2020*.* in |
| the Windows\System folder. |

| Problems with Fiery utilities on Windows 95/98/Me, |

1.If you are using Windows 95/98/Me, make sure that IPX/SPX and TCP/IP networking protocols are both enabled.

2.If you are using Windows NT or Windows 2000, make sure the TCP/IP networking protocol is enabled.
