5 Confirm the destinations that you select in the dialog box. If you wish to remove a destination from the recipients list, select the con- tact and click [Remove].

In the Destinations dialog box, the following buttons are available:

y[Remove] — Click this to remove the selected contacts from the destinations list.

y[OK] — Click this to add these contacts as the destinations.

y[Cancel] — Click this to cancel the selection.

y[Help] — Click this to display the online Help.

6 After you confirm the destinations, click [OK].

yThe Address Book Viewer is closed and selected recipients are added to the “To” list.

yIf you click [Select From Address Book], you can add the recipient to the “To” list in this screen by searching the address book for it. There are two searching methods; searching for contacts by name or fax number and searching for contacts by detailed search conditions. See the following.
