— Selecting contacts for network fax

When you access the Address Book Viewer from the Network Fax Driver, it allows you to select the contacts from the Address Book Viewer.

After you select contacts that you want to add as recipients, right-click on a recipient name in the right pane and select [Selection] in the context sensitive menu.

yYou can also select the recipients by searching the contacts in the Address Book Viewer.

Then the Destinations dialog box appears.

y[Remove] — Click this to remove the selected contacts from the destinations list.

y[OK] — Click this to add these contacts as the destinations.

y[Cancel] — Click this to cancel the selection.

y[Help] — Click this to display the online Help.
