FCC Radio Frequency Interference Warnings & Instructions

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. For operation within a 5.15 ~ 5.25 GHz/5.47 ~ 5.725 GHz frequency range, it is restricted to an indoor environment. The band from 5600-5650 MHz will be disabled by the software during the manufacturing and cannot be changed by the end user. This device meets all the other requirements specified in Part 15E, Section 15.407 of the FCC Rules.

Devices will not permit operations on channels 120-132 for 11a and 11n/a which overlap the 5600 - 5650 MHz band.

Canadian Department of Communications Radio Interference Regulations

This digital apparatus (N600 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router WNDR3700v4) does not exceed the Class B limits for radio-noise emissions from digital apparatus as set out in the Radio Interference Regulations of the Canadian Department of Communications.
