4Change the NIC’s configuration:

To automatically configure the NIC to nonconflicting values with your PC, click Optimal Settings.

To manually configure the NIC:

aSelect an option in the Individual Settings panel.

For a description of each option, see Table 6 at the beginning of this chapter.

bClick the down arrow in the list box and select a new value for the option.

cRepeat the process to change any other setting on the Properties screen.

5Click OK to save values or Cancel to exit without saving values.
