SEARCH

The various search functions of this unit can be used to go to the beginning of the desired picture. This unit is equipped with 4 search functions.

When the SEARCH button is pressed the search menu is displayed.

Select Source Device

This item is used to set the playback or search device.

1.Use v/V to select [INTERNAL HDD] then press

ENTER.

2.Use b/B to select the desired source device. INTERNAL HDD: Plays back or searches record- ed contents of the internal HDD device.

External Device: Plays back or searches backup contents of the external device.

3.Press ENTER to confirm your selection.

Notes:

While the backup is in progress, you can not search the data on the backup device.

Do not remove the external USB device whilst the backup search is in progress from the USB device. It may cause a malfunction.

Date and Time Search

Use to search recorded pictures by specifying date, hour and minute.

1.Use v/V to select the [Date/Time Search] icon then press ENTER.

2.Select the year, month, date, hour or minute col- umn then press ENTER.

3.Use b/B to input the date or time.

4.Press ENTER to confirm it.

5.Select the [Update] icon then press ENTER.

The search result is displayed in the time table of the search menu.

6.Use the channel buttons on the front panel to select the channel(s) you want to playback.

7.Press PLAY or Click the [Play] icon to start playback.

The picture(s) is (are) displayed in the POP window(s) on the main monitor.

8.Press STOP (x) to stop playback and return to the search menu.

9.Press SETUP/ESC to exit the[Date/Time Search] menu.
