When using the DV cable, be sure to attach the accessory ferrite core near the end of the cable connected to this unit. Attach the ferrite core as shown.

*The ferrite core is provided to prevent interference with surrounding appliances and this unit, in accordance with European EMC standards (EN55103).

Installing the Ferrite Core

Connect to DV connector on this unit.

Ferrite core

Insert the DV cable into the groove of the ferrite core, and press together until it clicks securely.

*In the event that the DV cable is too thin, double the cable passage through the core as shown.
