MAIN MENU

Timer settings

Select Timer from the Main Menu.

From this menu you first must select a not already occupied line before you press OK to go on with the Timer settings. If you have made earlier settings and any of those are marked, that setting will be replaced with the new one you are going to make!

Select channel list and channel with the ￿￿ buttons. The chan- nel can also be entered with the numeric buttons.

The present date (month/day) will automatically be preselect.

Always enter settings with two digits for month, day, hour and minute.

If you regret a time or date setting you can erase it with the

￿button.

When you enter the different start times they can not overlap each other. If you try to enter a start or stop time within an already occupied time event you will be informed about it.

Up to 9 different events can be predefined. The events will be sorted in start time order.

When the box starts from standby mode, it will return to standby at the stop time you have set.

You can erase a predefined event by marking the line and press the￿button twice.

(If you regret the command after the first press, go to another line by pressing either ￿ or ￿ and the event will not be erased.)

Important information related to the timer settings

If you program the box to start e.g. in the middle of the night (or at any other unsuitable time), be sure to turn the TV set off with the mechanical switch located on the TV! If you turn the TV set off by just putting it into standby mode with the remote controll, it will be turned on at the time for the recording!
