Graphics Overlaying the Video

The DCH6416 can generate graphics that overlay the video programming or fill the entire television screen. Common examples include on-screen menus (such as the User Setting menu), closed captions, and IPG. The DCH6416 overlays these graphics whenever you open a menu, enable closed captions, or scroll through a program grid.

On-screen graphics are available for all DCH6416 video outputs except IEEE-1394.
