In radio or telephone mode, the PaX mem- ory allows you to access one certain func- tion which has been programmed previous- ly. In radio mode, you can store the func- tions

Learn card or

Radiotext on/off and activate them with PaX (PAC):

• Press PaX or PAC briefly.

Select the function

Press PaX or PAC for approx. 1 sec- ond.

A list of all the available functions will ap- pear in the display.

Press / to select the function and press OK to confirm your selection.

Programming with DSC

The car radio is equipped with DSC (Direct Software Control), enabling you to adjust settings and functions to your personal needs and to store these settings.

The equipment has been adjusted to default settings at the factory.

There is an overview of the factory default settings at the end of this section so that you can reset these settings at any time.

If you wish to alter any programming

Press DSC/OK.

Two menu items will appear in the dis- play: Setup and Radio.

Select:

Press / to select the menu item you wish to alter and press OK to confirm your selec- tion.

Alter:

Press << / >> to alter the setting as shown in the display.

Cancel:

Press CL. The new setting will not be saved.

Store:

• Press DSC/OK.

Exit DSC:

• Press SRC.
