Selecting DHE Mode

Using digital signal processing technology, DHE (Digital Harmonics Enhancer) operates on harmonic components which determine tone and coloration of the musical instruments. The process operates independently on individual frequency bands, so each instrument or vocal will be distinct. Play back clarity is enhanced to compensate for road noises which would normally detract from the listener's enjoyment.

1 Press and hold the DHE button for at least 2 seconds to switch to the DHE mode.

2 Press the Preset buttons (F1 through F6) within 10 seconds to select the desired mode.

F3: Lyric MAX (DHE2)

F4: Beat MIX (DHE3)

Good balance between bass and vocals.

F5: Lyric MIX (DHE4)

Slight vocal emphasis.

F6: Phase MIX (DHE5)
