OPERATION

Preparation before exercise

1. Plug the power plug into the power outlet.

T Do not allow the cord to hang (drape) or route cord where it can cause a tripping hazard.

2. Turn the lock switch key to the “open” position.

3. Slide the power switch

to the “on” position.

4. Attach the footrest bracket and the footrest.

There are two footrests, one each for the left and right feet.

(see the footrest positioning guide below)

*Attach the left footrest and the right footrest at the same positions.

L

Attach so that the “L” and “R” letters are facing out.

CAUTION

TDo not wear pants made of thin material, shorts or similar clothing that will allow your skin to come into direct contact with the seat and footrests.

- Doing so may result in injury due to abrasion.

TWear socks while exercising.
