Handle Bar : Stationary or Dual Action

Muscles Used: Thigh, Calf, Hamstring Buttocks

This position utilizes all the major muscle groups.

Keep your body in an upright position with your head up.

2 Hamstrings & Buttocks

Handle Bar : Stationary or Dual Action

Muscles Used: Thigh, Calf, Hamstring Buttocks

Leaning back in a sitting type position concentrates the workout on the hamstrings and buttocks.

3 Thigh & Calf

Handle Bar : Stationary

Muscles Used: Thigh, Calf, Hamstring

Buttocks

Leaning forward on the Elliptical Trainer concentrates the workout on your thighs (quadriceps) and calves.
