Troubleshooting

Drying process lasts long.

Pores of the Air inlet filter in front of the machine might be clogged. >>> Wash the Air inlet filter with lukewarm water.

The Air inlet filter in front of the machine might be blocked. >>> Remove everything, if any, that is blocking ventilation in front of the Air inlet filter.

Ventilation may be inadequate due to the very small area of installation. >>> Open the doors and windows to avoid too much increase in the ambient temperature.

Excessive laundry was loaded in. >>> Do not overload the Washer-Dryer.

Laundry may not have been spun adequately. >>> Have the Washer-Dryer perform spin in a higher spin speed during washing step.

Tap is turned off. >>> Open the taps.

Laundry remains wet at the end of drying.

Improper programme might have been used for the laundry type >>> Select a proper programme for the type of the laundry by checking the maintenance tags on the clothes or use time programmes additionally.

Power cable might not be plugged in. >>> Make sure that the power cable is plugged in.

Programme might not be set or Start / Pause / Cancel button might not be pressed. >>> Make sure that the program has been set and the machine is not in Pause mode.

Child lock might be enabled. >>> Deactivate the Child Lock.

Laundry is shrunk, yellowed, felted or damaged.

Improper programme might have been used for the laundry type >>> Select a proper programme for the type of the laundry by checking the maintenance tags on the clothes or use time programmes additionally. Laundry not suitable for drying should not be dried.

Drying cannot be performed

Laundry might not be dry or drying function has not been enabled. >>> Check if drying function is also selected after the selected washing programme.

Loading door cannot be opened.

Loading door of the machine may not be opened due to safety reasons. >>> If "wait to cool down to open...." warning is displayed, machine will keep the loading door locked for your safety until it cools down. You can accelerate cooling by running any 10-minute drying programme.

(*)Machine does not switch to spinning step when the laundry is not evenly distributed in the drum to prevent any damage to the machine and to its surrounding environment. Laundry should be rearranged and re-spun.

(**) Regular drum cleaning is not applied. >>> Clean the drum regularly. See, 6.2
