Use the up/down arrows to highlight DATALOG.

Press ENTER when the setting is correct. The DATALOG menu will be displayed.

The DATALOG menu displays your latitude, longitude, course, speed, time, elapsed distance, average speed and elapsed time.

Press CLEAR if you wish to reset the elapsed distance, average speed, and elapsed time.

Note: The elapsed distance and average speed are updated every 10 seconds. It will take two to three minutes for the average speed calculation to stabilize.

Press SELECT to return to the SYSTEM OPTIONS menu. Pressing SELECT again will exit to the MAIN MENU. Pressing SELECT a third time will exit the Select System and return to the map. Or you may press MAP, at any time while in the Select System, to return directly to the map display.

System Status

There are many different ways to display system performance. The SYSTEM STATUS menu displays information to help you determine the status of the NS 10 receiver at any particular moment. The channel information displayed includes: channel number, status, satellite number, C/N, system variables, receiver state, and figure of merit. The satellite information displayed includes: satellite number, elevation, and azimuth.

Press SELECT to retrieve the MAIN MENU.

Use the up/down arrows to highlight SYSTEM STATUS.

Press ENTER when the setting is correct. The CHANNEL STATUS menus will be displayed. (Refer to Figure 26)

Press ENTER to scroll to the SATELLITE STATUS 2 screen. (Refer to Figure 27)
