Scheduling Procedures
Scheduling procedures include:
•Adding a schedule
•Deleting a schedule
•Adding a member to a schedule
•Deleting a member from a schedule
•Configuring temporary occupancy
•Beginning temporary occupancy
•Ending temporary occupancy
•Adding temporary occupancy to all schedules
Note: If the Coordinator is under the control of the System Manager, its schedules are not accessible. In this case, the message Please access Schedules at the System Manager display appears when you press the Schedule icon on the Coordinator Home screen.
